About this house rental
This is a fully remodeled luxury 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom House. Unique modern, rustic design with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, New appliances, Kitchen with built in hbanquet, large laundry room, ensuite Master bedroom and 2 stall garage. Furnished with brand new, comfortable furnishings. Very private setting with large shade trees, a cozy front porch, back patio and great outdoor entertainment space. Located in the country with a private pond, biking/walking trails and horses grazing in the back pasture. 5 minutes to Wildlife Prairie Park, 10 minutes from the Greater Peoria Airport (General Wayne Downing, GWD) and 12 minutes to the Shoppes at Grand Prairie outdoor mall and Hyvee grocery. 15 minutes to the Louisville Slugger Sport Complex and restaurants. We own the adjacent property and just a short hike through the trails we have a small animal farm, swimming & fishing lake, wakeboard cable course, water slide, sand volleyball, and indoor pickleball/basketball/volleyball court. We are happy to host for those activities if prior arrangements are agreed upon.

Beautifully remodeled. Kitchen stocked with essentiaks - cooking pots, glassware, dishes, etc., even spices. Bathrooms were stocked well with towels and essentials. One if the hest vrbos I have reserved.

The home is excellent and is very clean. I had a great stay.They had some issues with their new appliances, but this is being addressed by the owner.

Kitchen had a variety of spices, quality utensils, baking pans, frying pans, etc. Keurig. Real wine and champagne glasses and a wine opener. Steak knives and tongs that actually grab and hold your food.Bedrooms stocked hangers and dressers. Beds topped with cozy comforters. Pillows are flat, so if you need something thicker, you may want to bring your own. Mattresses are firm and comfortable.Bathrooms supplied with TP and plenty of thick towels. Showers stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Hand soap at every sink. Full size washer and dryer in house with detergent. Plenty of hooks to hang things. Board games and cards for playing.Beautiful place with high ceilings. Three sitting areas inside and two outside. Had views of riverbed and saw many blue herons during our stay. Fire pit in the back. Quiet and relaxing. Amy, the host, is very responsive and helpful! There is a walking trail that takes you over to their farm with lots of fun animals to see. Just reach out to her and you'll be able to meet them! Highly recommend. Great for families and small groups.

Property is very well kept in a quiet, rural location but within 15 minutes of everything you could need. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had at a rental! Large pots, cookie sheets, even a crock pot and cheese grater! Best communication with an owner as well. I always got a response within minutes. Ammenities are awesome with use of a large lake for swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, slide and even fishing. Also sports courts and petting and feeding all the animals. Renting this home is like renting almost exclusive access to a resort! Owners are extremely hospitable and it was a joy to stay at their place for a week!
