Great location and easy communication with the host.

For our needs the location was ideal. Since there are very few rentals in the area they command a high price. We were there during a heat wave and the a/c could not handle the heat and we had to move to a hotel. The owner replaced the old a/c on the lower level which worked much better but the upstairs was still hot as the through the wall a/c is old and there were skylights that let the sun heat up the space. Blinds on the skylights and a better a/c would likely have solved the issue.
