Thankful for the two fans in master bedroom. Condo was perfect for what we needed. Upstairs neighbor super loud in evening with television and walking or moving things all hours of the night. Overall great stay though. Host is very easy to communicate with.

It was warm our day. We sat by the pool fence with a glass of wine.... watched PCH and the ocean below... relaxing!True to CA, as the sun went down, so did the temps. Her place does not have a/c but you can sleep with the windows open (great security) and she has great Dyson fans. Never used these type of fans, fantastic.When you enter the gate, you immediately turn right and park under the building. After parking and walking further down into lot, take the elevator to first floor, condo right there, no stairs, easy! Bedrooms each have own bathroom separated by the kitchen. Little bed is soft. King is normal. Place was spotless. Towels fat and luxurious. TV had many apps to login to. We didn't cook but she had coffee (mini Keurig type) and creamer in the frig, for our am. There was also butter, rare. She even had a welcome bottle of wine. Across PCH is a Ralphs and CVS. Great location. We spent the day at Paradise Cove. The next morning, we beat the crowds, drove to free beach parking (1 minute away) and took a stroll on the beach. Great stay!
