This is not a party property. It is best suited to guests who appreciate calm surroundings, great amenities and a respectful residential environment.
The Studio
This beautifully positioned studio apartment is compact, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a relaxed coastal escape.
With a north-easterly aspect, the apartment enjoys cooling sea breezes in summer and warm sunlight in winter, along with impressive views across the ocean, marina, and landscaped grounds.
Positioned high enough to capture outlook and airflow — yet sheltered from excessive wind — the balcony is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
The studio includes a laptop friendly workspace/lounge and reliable Wi-Fi for guests needing to work or attend online meetings during their stay.
It is best suited to couples, professionals, and conference visitors looking for comfortable accommodation within a calm residential environment.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Quiet behaviour is required in corridors and common areas at all times.

Nice property in top location .... But probably contravening Body Corp guidelines.
We were questioned 3 times and finally "interrogated" the day before leaving.
