This 49 m² flat with large 16 m² balcony not overlooked, in a luxury residence: la Croix Saint Michel.
Located at the beginning of the montée du Calvaire, 2 minutes' walk from the centre of Megève village.
The Whivern flat is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall with large storage cupboard
- A living room with TV, two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a 140cm bed (with real mattress).
A dining area for up to 6 people.
- A double bedroom with a 160 Queen Size bed, a large storage cupboard with wardrobe and clothes hangers, and an uninterrupted view of the Rochebrune mountains.
- Bathroom - With bath and single washbasin, heated towel rail and storage space.
- The separate kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine and fondue pot, etc.
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and tancarville.
To complete the flat, a ski locker is available.

Ideally located in a quiet area 2 minutes' walk from the centre of Megève, you won't need to take the car during your stay:

- Chamois cable car 5 minutes' walk away,
- Sports centre (swimming pool, spa, climbing, gym, etc.) 600 m away.
