About this house rental
La petite graines is the name of our house, it is an ideal holiday place to get together with family or friends.
Family house of 250m2, carefully renovated, on a beautiful plot of 18 hectares with a large part in the forest where you can walk and make cabins for the children. close to the house, for surveillance
Without any vis-à-vis and without busy roads
Charm, comfort, relaxation and sharing guaranteed
It is ideal for accommodating between 3 or 4 families with children (sleeps 15 we have 5 bedrooms, a dormitory part (room 6) and a library area with 2 single beds
The pool is made of Bali tiles and is 16 meters by 6 meters and has beautiful terraces around. Depth 1m45 by 12 meters and 85cm by 4 meters (small bath)
ping pong table, petanque court and volleyball court next to the outdoor bar; the areas for fun and relaxation are multiple, I would not be far from saying satisfied or refunded!!
otherwise geographically, we are in the Landes and on the edge of the Gers. In the heart of the South-West and the Pays d'Armagnac, you can enjoy the many festivities offered by these departments and taste the local gastronomy.
We have a greenway that passes 3km from the house, where bike rides are done for kilometers (bike rental 7 kilometers away

The house will have to be returned Clean and tidy to avoid a 200€ deduction on the deposit.
