the location good. balcony great. people nice. kitchen small!! bathroom clean; towels nice, would like more for 2 people & a week stay. bed comfortable. you need a wrist band for the pool area- did not know and someone complained. no cards, games or books. not their fault but pot smokers on close balcony made it stink sometimes

Check in and check out were easy. Great communication throughout from host. Excellent location. Beautiful view. Unit was very clean. Would definitely come back and enjoy in the future.

pros: reservation, check=in and check=out were easy, tho you do have to stop and get a gate code from the inside ladies ( I missed that somehow ) location you couldn't beat- perfect location! Price was excellentCons- condition of the overall building is okay, external building could use some cleaning however; lazy river was under construction; unit itself- super clean kitchen and bathroom; beds comfy and linens clean, HOWEVER- carpet needed to be cleaned, or just rip out and put in LVT, couch felt and smelled dirty- we put a sheet over it; the air vent had a bunch of dirt on it. Would recommend to a friend if those things were fixed. O/W wouldn't recommend.
