About this house rental
New listing less than one mile south of fabulous downtown Bellevue. Imagine staying at this large 3800 sq ft 4 bdrm 3.5 bath house that is loaded with amenities and central to everything! After an evening of fine dining and shopping at Bellevue Square or the luxurious Bravern, come home and settle in around the outdoor fire pit with comfortable seating and enjoy a glass of wine or make some s'mores. The back deck offers more seating around a fire table, a retractable awning and cafe lights as well as heat lamps for the colder months. You can also lounge in the 6 person hot tub nestled under a charming pergola right off the back deck. Come back inside and enjoy the bonus room with a large TV, comfortable sofa and reclining chairs with circular coffee table, perfect for board and card games! In the morning, after a restful night's sleep, help yourself to the Peloton, treadmill, weight bench and dumbbells. If you need a quiet place to work, there is a dedicated office with a desk and high speed internet that is perfect for zoom calls. This office has french doors and can be used as a flex room to accommodate more guests with an air mattress. Please request in advance. We know you will love this high tech home equipped with Sonos, Nest, alarm system and security cameras around the perimeter of the property. Perfect location for family stay in Bellevue. House was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Nice private back yard. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the host was extremely responsive. There was no soap in two of the bathrooms but the host had Instacart delivery some within an hour. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the listing said there were two twin beds in the office, when we got there the office had no beds which wasn’t great since we had six people staying there. Overall we really enjoyed staying there.

This property was absolutely wonderful. We had been life long Bellevue residents (Clyde Hill and West Lake Sammamish area) who returned for a family event and have high expectations for our accommodations. The home was thoughtfully appointed and immaculate. The rooms are lovely. The bathrooms well stocked with toiletries and plush towels. The workout area was a bonus given we are Peloton members (but if you don't have a membership, they will give you a code). It was a rainy weekend, but could tell the outdoor area would be great during nice weather. The kitchen was highly functional and well-stocked with the basics. The open concept with the kitchen, casual dining and family room was a great way to hangout. (there's also a hangout are on the 2nd floor) While we didn't use it, the office was quiet and comfortable - anyone trying to do work/zoom would be pleased (and the queen room also had a nice desk) The check-in process was easy and the property manager Shelly was super responsive to our questions. The location is close to downtown and easy access to the freeway, but on a quiet street. We decided to just order Door Dash rather than go out so we could relax and enjoy our family time. The outdoor holiday lights were a nice surprise. Lovely artwork, comfy area rugs and if anyone is a fan of Glassy Babies, this is your home! Whenever we are back in town, this will be our go to place.

We needed a place to stay for the Seahawks game and the Apple Cup. It happen to be during Thanksgiving weekend.
The house was convent to downtown Bellevue and Seattle. Super clean any very well stocked, great furniture, all the things you need to cook a meal and the back yard is perfect with hot tub and fireplaces.
We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner in the house and sat in the hot tub afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for anything more from a rental.
