About this apartment rental
Warehouse No 56 was built in 1887 and then used as a confectionery factory, a wool store and later by oyster traders. Now it is home to this colourful and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (including an excellent coffee machine), open plan living and dining area (kept comfortable all year with reverse cycle air-con) and downstairs laundry and bathroom.
Two bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the second floor (one with a queen-size bed and air-con, the other with a double-size bed and large built-in robe). Both beds are extremely comfortable and come with luxurious pillows and sheets for an exquisite slumber.
Enjoy an alfresco coffee or wine & cheese in your own private courtyard, waxing lyrical under the stars. Wake up to contemporary Australian art on the walls. Peruse the selection of books and take any you can`t finish because you`re too busy sightseeing.
There is secure parking for 1 car and wifi in all areas. Max height to get into the garage is 2.6 Meters
