**This is a private apartment on 2nd fl of the building. The main entry hallways & roof deck are shared spaces.
Make your way to your private suite up the grand wooden spiral staircase. A digital key pad will grant you access to your space that is equipped with a sleeper sofa, full chefs kitchen equipped with bar stool seating, washer/dryer bathroom with skylight and bedroom. This room is built with a heating and cooling system that allows you to easy control and maintain the temperature.
The two tiered shared roof top deck welcomes you to extraordinary spaces that are unknown to most visitors to this city. The best views of the city skyline, waterfront, park and all attractions can be seen from this breath taking panoramic viewpoint.
Working closely with the historic society, the materials and details were preserved and restored to maintain all of the historic charm along the way.
