Alpine Snowgums 1 is a recently renovated and airconditioned unit. Offering a modern and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The property includes 3 cosy bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom/ laundry area, with spectacular lake and mountains views.
It is a short walk to Jindabyne town centre, where you can find local shops, the supermarket, restaurants and bars. The ski resorts are only a short 30 minute drive away where you can enjoy a range of different activities, during both winter and summer.
Additionally, a veranda on the front of the unit provides spectacular views of the mountains and Lake Jindabyne, and offers the perfect opportunity to soak up some afternoon sunshine.
Take advantage of the external lock up ski/bike storage and relax in front of the cosy fireplace after a day on the slopes. The property is a great option for those looking to stay in Jindabyne and have just a couple of minutes access to the lake and town centre, or a short drive to the snowfields, mountain biking or hiking.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.
Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Ski/Snow gear - No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property. Please use space provided to store equipment.
For safety - Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning and heating (including extinguishing fireplace) when not at the property.
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property which was perfect for both Jindabyne and for visiting Thredbo and the mountains. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were nice.
A couple of items though - The tumble dryer didn't seem to work, however there was a clothes horse and pegs provided which we utilised. Secondly, we couldn't get the TV to work. Not sure if it was connected to an external aerial (and there was no remote control). However this wasn't a big issue as we had brought books to read!
Overall though the above didn't detract from the stay.
