Property was perfect for our family. Good location and ease to the beach, although golf cart mandatory. Property was ready and clean and well stocked with many better amenities than other properties. Few issues were quickly and pleasantly dealt with by property. Definitely worth renting

House was beautiful and great location. Easy access to the beach and Kyle was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The boys absolutely loved having a private pool.

Such a smooth process in booking, check in and entire stay . Great communication, beach access just a few houses down and using the chairs and umbrellas made it so easy and beach wasn’t as crowded as other areas. Would love to return!

I cannot say enough good things about the house and Kyle and Canopy Vacations.... made our stay a dream.
Our favorite things about the house:
-Heated pool. If it weren’t heated then we wouldn’t have been able to use it at all!
-Quiet area with not a lot of traffic
-Super close walk to beach (coming from someone who never wants to walk anywhere)
-The water is the clearest we’ve ever seen! This beach is prob our favorite along 30A. Beach wasn’t over crowded with people (prob because no high rises)
-Teenagers had plenty of space to spread out and many places to sit outside to FaceTime whoever until 2am
-Kitchen was perfectly stocked. I like to cook on vacation and eat at the house mostly (bc teenage boys and toddler eat 24/7.) I had no problems with wishing I had this or that.
-Tankless water heater— family usually has to stagger showers bc we are used to always running out of hot water.
-Thermostat on every level. We liked the bedroom cooler and the living area warmer.
-I loved all the windows with natural light. Gorgeous!!!
-Baby gate was soooo necessary!!! We forgot ours and were so happy to see the house had one.
Kyle was super welcoming and responsive and just a great guy all around -- he made sure we had the best possible time.
