About this house rental
This cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom riverside suite comfortably sleeps 8-12! It Includes a private Hot tub, a full kitchen and multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The home has beautiful coastal chic decor.
Have the Riverside Getaway all to yourself!
My home is in a quiet location on the riverside with a spacious backyard surrounded by trees and a mountain view. The home is newly updated, with a bright and cozy cottage feel. Please note that while the home and green space makes you feel like your tucked away, the home is located on the corner lot of a family friendly complex- so must be respectful to our neighbours and abide to house rules listed below.
On occasion, I stay on the property in my lock-off garage bunkie with my dog Luna. I run a cleaning company in town and have to stick around when I’m on jobs. We value you privacy and comfort above all else, so if you have any concerns or would like to request specific dates, please do not hesitate to reach out. Additionally, if you would prefer us to vacate the property during your stay, we would be happy to to accommodate your needs.
Bedroom 1 is on the main floor, offers a King size bed, Ensuite and patio doors + access right to the hot tub, surrounded by trees. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is on the top floor and offers a Queen size bed and a bright corner window facing the backyard, surrounded by trees. Bedroom 4 is on the top floor, and offers 1 Double bed, and an option to set up a twin along side, if you have kids or extra guests. The extra twin will require prior arrangements.
The Living room is equipped with 1 Sofa and 3 reading chairs, cozy up by the fireplace!
The media room on the second floor is equipped with a comfortable Queen pull out sofa bed. We can supply a mattress topper for extra comfort. This room is conveniently located on its own floor for exceptional privacy.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub — clean, private, and perfectly set up for unwinding after a long day. Sitting under the stars in the evening was such a peaceful experience and made our trip feel extra special.The space itself was cozy yet spacious, with comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing.The host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great stay. And a bonus of the cutest Luna dog ever!We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re considering booking, do it — you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia’s home in Squamish. She was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our trip, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating my guests and me with plenty of room to relax. We stayed in Squamish and drove into Whistler for activities, but the location was also great for exploring everything nearby in Squamish. It was the perfect home base. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Sylvia, for being such a thoughtful host!

We were a family there for a wedding and the place was in a great location. Spacious for all of us. 10 minutes from the venue and an easy walk to town for coffee or to find nice trails to walk on.
