This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We had a family reunion that included 4 generations at this beautiful home. Our check in was seamless. We had a couple of questions and they sent someone out in an hour to help us. The living room was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. We were thrilled with the home, the amenities and the location. Our one complaint was there weren’t enough chairs for the huge dining room table. The photos definitely showed 4 stools in the kitchen and 8 chairs around the table, during our stay there were only 2 stools and only 6 chairs. A home that sleeps 22 should be able to sit at least 12? Additionally we would have loved a place to hang wet things outside (not just on furniture) when we got back from the beach, and as others have pointed out the pots and pans were traditionally sized, so we bought our own large cooking pots but other than that we were completely thrilled with our stay. We are planning on returning!

The many bedrooms and multiple living room spaces and beautiful top porch were awesome. Excellent location and the use of bikes and golf cart were wonderful to get around. Beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Unfortunately had problems checking in as codes were not updated. Had problems with the gas grill refrigerator and ice maker not working properly. Pool filter wasn't running when we arrived. This was all irritating to do with especially at the price paid. Furniture in kitchen is not high end and bar stools were shakyWish property offered beach chairs for the beach and floors were pretty dirty, but everything else was wonderful for a large group there for a wedding on the beach. The pool area was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the pool, outdoor furniture and game. The tv outside wasn't working initially. Guests found using all the tvs to be very confusing and they often just gave up.With these inconveniences, would still recommend the property for groups as there are numerous places to get away so it never felt crowded. Perfect area near restaurants, stores, Pier Park not far away, as well as numerous Walmart stores- great bottle shop.

This was a perfect size place for our group of 18 and just what we were looking for to enjoy our fall break. Plenty of space, plenty of dishes and plenty of towels the house was spotless. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the common area/living room and of course the outdoor space with awesome pool!! Best of all was the close proximity to the beach and lots of good dining. Hollie gifted us a second cart since my parents are older. It was so helpful. The fee beach bonfire night was the best night of games and fun treats. We will come back.

Amazing property and hospitality! Highly recommend if you want to be steps to the beach a beautiful nearly empty beach and close to everything! The house was very nice and clean. Golf Cart ride distance to shops and restaurants as well. It exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was so smooth and we loved that our groceries were inside waiting on us. Hollie let us check in early since our flights arrived so early.
