About this villa rental
The property has been completely renovated a few years ago and turned into a most cozy and comfortable luxury holiday villa ideal for large families or groups of friends. It consists of a main building which is spread over three floors and an adjacent two story annex.
Perched on a rock with stunning views to 360 degrees, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful park full of trees, shrubs and flowers impeccably maintained, and provided with a spectacular shaped twin lakes pools with infinite edges enchantingly lit at night. Size of the pools are respectively 13,50 m x 3,5 m x 0,80 m deep (for children) and 18 m x 9 m x 1,80 m deep (for adults), available from April to September.
To complete the enjoyment of outer space guests have at their disposal a wood oven, 1 grill and a beautiful furnished pergola adjoining the two buildings perfect for pleasant meals in the open air.
Internally the accommodation offers spacious and comfortable rooms furnished with love and taste with antique rustic Tuscan furniture and equipped with all modern comforts.
Another positive aspect that makes this villa particularly interesting is its proximity to the enchanting hilltop village of Montalcinello, which offers a grocery shop, just 5 min walking distance.
