Welcome to our family-friendly vacation rental for up to 5 people, including one toddler, in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide! Located directly behind the dunes, just 300 meters from the fine sandy beach, our Vacation Apartment 3 is nestled in the heart of Usedom’s picturesque coastal forest. The apartment building is situated on a quiet side street, just before the beach promenade.
A special feature is the balcony, from which you have a direct view of the coastal forest and much more. Here you can spend pleasant hours, plan a breakfast together, and let the breeze blow around your face.
It’s less than a 10-minute drive to the many attractions for all ages, such as the butterfly farm or the sand sculpture exhibition. You’ll find a parking spot for your car right in front of the property. You can also lock up your bicycles downstairs by the house. The perfect starting point for all kinds of activities!

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. A security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a guarantee, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.
Küstenwald - Strandidyll 3:
A cozy 3-room apartment, furnished with great attention to detail and accommodating up to 5 people, awaits you. Come on in! As you walk through the front door, you’ll enter a narrow hallway where you can store your jackets and shoes. Hanging on the wall is a beautifully illustrated map of the island of Usedom, which you can use for inspiration at any time.
Right next to it is the spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table for 4 adults plus a high chair, and two comfortable couches. Here, you can cozy up together in front of the flat-screen TV on rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need, such as a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, etc. On the open shelf next to it, you’ll also find a stereo system.
The kitchen opens onto the furnished sun balcony—an ideal spot for breakfast or perhaps a glass of wine on those idyllic, balmy summer nights.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available for you to use.
Next to the living room is a bedroom with two single beds (each 100x200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a dresser with a small flat-screen TV. Next, you’ll find the second bedroom with a large double bed (two mattresses, each 90x200 cm) and a sideboard. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests. You can book linen packages for an additional fee; please specify this when making your reservation.
Finally, from the hallway, you’ll enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
You’re welcome to bring your own linens (bed linens and towels), or you can book a linen package per person.
Please note that a security deposit of €150 is required, which must be transferred along with the final payment.
