About this house rental
The Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord, stretches from the Baltic Sea deep inland all the way to Schleswig and offers endless possibilities, from water sports and bike rides to classic beach vacations.
The gently rolling countryside, the fresh air, the rapeseed blossoms in May, and quaint villages and towns like Husum or Flensburg make a vacation in northern Schleswig-Holstein unforgettable.
Haus Eriksson was originally built as a sturdy residence for the milkman of the neighboring farm. A few years ago, we took it over and gave it a stylish makeover. Light-colored furniture, modern elements, whitewashed cork flooring—just not a log cabin like our other houses. Haus Eriksson has a very large terrace—sunny, sheltered from the wind, and largely out of sight. It’s adjoined by a large, private garden with old apple trees.
Bright, spacious living room with a dining table. Kitchen with a breakfast table and a door leading to the terrace. Very spacious bathroom. Upstairs, near the two bedrooms, there’s an additional restroom.
Let the rising sun wake you up in the master bedroom. A morning coffee on the large east-facing balcony would be a particularly wonderful way to start the day.
In the evening, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove or a mystery novel in bed (TV in the master bedroom).
