About this house rental
This home is located in a private spot in a great little community on Burke Mountain. Walk to Burke Mt. Academy, bike ride to the Kingdom Trails or cross country ski from the front door. Only 1 mile to lower base lodge and lifts or the hotel and upper mountain lifts. Very well built, low-maintenance home. There are four large bedrooms in total. Two are located upstairs and two are located in the light and airy walkout basement, leaving the main level for gathering in the living room or kitchen.

This is a perfect base for a mountain stay. It is close to the Burke ski resort and Kingdom trails. It is private, with wonderful trees and outdoor space to enjoy. The house is surprisingly large w/ lots of sleeping space, areas to congregate, and space to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and the dining table easily held the whole family for Xmas dinner. Hope for another trip in the future.

Ck in OK. House listed 3 bath, its 2.5 bath, only 2 showers needed 3. Listed w/AC but its a floor unit in 1 br, fans in rooms. Basic clean but whole house needs attention: powerwash exterior and windows/doors needed to open due to hot temps some tuff to open due to dirt. Fridge has blinking light, replace water jug filter, most dinner dishes chipped & cracked, soap needed in bathrooms. Ants thru house, owner said traps, need more. Had to clean deck furniture to sit out and deck needs cleaning. Disappointed for the money spent.
