Apartmán je na prvom poschodí, teda nebolo nutné náročné vynášanie batožiny. Parkovanie možné priamo pri bytovom dome, takže skutočne praktické. Čistota apartmánu a jeho vybavenie je na špičkovej úrovni. Hneď ako vôjdete do apartmánu, ucítite vôňu, ktorá len umocní pocit čistoty a pohodlia. Metráž apartmánu je skutočne veľkorysá. Väčšiu rodinu určite potešia dve samostatné toalety. Poloha apartmánu kúsok od centra, čiže všetko podstatné v pešej dostupnosti. Rovnako aj kompletnú občiansku vybavenosť. Majiteľka je skvelý človek, ktorý vám dá pocit toho, že si vás váži a pripraví vám aj milé drobnosti na privítanie.
Nič také tu neexistuje. Kiež by to takto bolo všade.

اولا صاحبة الشقه انسانه رائعه ولطيفة وحبوبه حبيتها صراحة ثانيا الشقه جميله ونظيفه وكل شي في بالك موجود فيها مكونه من صاله واسعه ومطبخ مستقل وطاولة طعام مستقل ودورتين مياه و غرفتين نوم وشرفتين مطله على المدينه ويوجد مكيف في الصاله وعند غرف النوم يوجد مواقف كثيره للشقه فيه سوبر ماركت ومطعم وخدمات قريبه جدا مشي . سوف أعود لها في مرات القادمه .
