The Hibiscus is located off the main road, this provides for a more relaxed and quiet stay. Our studio apartment was very spacious and provided for our stay"a perfect home away from home"..The pool is good and close, the grounds well kept. And of course the staff were awesome. This was our first time venturing to this side of Diani. Overall it was a great location I would definitely recommend it.
We had an incident with a gash on the wife's leg caused by the paper dispenser in the wash room.. without sounding petty the breakfast was served on the hostel side..Saying that was just a tad awkward..some of them were outrightly racist and rude to my wife Chris.

Quiet, serene, good AC, fresh towels everyday, daily garbage collection, facilities for games for adults
Kids only have a shallow end for swimming and nothing else, WI-FI connection was very weak in the bedrooms and very intermittent

Staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Tina and Renson.
Room is exactly as in the photos, if not better in real life.
Unlike other reviews suggest, the hot water and AC worked completely fine!
Needs one dedicated guard at the gate. Sometimes the guard would not be at the gate probably coz he's doing other work inside which would make us wait quite a bit before the gate was opened. But Tina was always very responsive on phone and always sorted it out whenever called

Quiet location
The rooms have very worn and torn linen, the towels have seen better days, felt like they have salvaged old thrown out linen from a hotel or 2nd hand place.
