Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu. Wyposażenie (brak jednak korkociągu😀)
Niejasne informacje dot. ogrzewania oraz utrudniony kontakt z gospodarzem (początkowo brak kontaktu), co razem spowodowało niepotrzebne nerwy. A wystarczyłoby umieścić informację dot ogrzewania np koło pieca, tak jak informację o sposobie otwierania i zamykania drzwi na klucz.
