Resort Getaway in Private Garden Terrace Villa w Luxury Amenities

It’s a very quaint and well appointed place. The location is private yet accessible. We rent the place for my daughter and I quarterly shopping, dinning and beauty trip in LA area. So this is a great location to be close to the highway. It made very convenient for us.

To be honest, we can’t found anything that we don’t like about the property.

The place was in a perfect location walking distance to bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from Dodger Stadium. Also Boby was so helpful and accommodating.

Very clean and quiet

We lived by ourselves and there was a gate, that we could open ourselves which made the location more safe to stay in. A lot of areas in downtown LA doesn’t feel too safe to be in, so the fact the villa was private made it a lot better. When we arrived everything was nice and clean. It’s a nice villa to stay in as a couple or two people, and nice facilities as described. Parking for a car, if you rent one, is also inside the gate which was nice. There is surveillance outside. If I had any questions or concerns, I got a quick response.

We had a lot af personal belongings stolen from a staff member worth a lot of money. He was supposed to help with ants in the kitchen during the last day of our stay, but instead we came back to ants still being in the kitchen and a lot of our belongings gone. Because everything is online/on an app, the staff also have access to the villa, which is understandable, but it made it uncomfortable to stay there and we spend our last night in a hotel. The owners of the villas took action quickly, and they were serious about our situation, and would interview their staff. Although I gave them names of the people/staff I had chatted with, they didn’t mention anything about firing them and they wouldn’t file a police report before looking through surveillance to see if there was anything to file, I guess. Although we did file one ourselves So to the next renters; make sure that their staff are checked and that the person, who stole from us, no longer work for them. It’s a sad situation because until then it was a nice stay. It wasn’t mentioned in the description that there isn’t a front desk or that you don’t see any staff during the stay. It’s all online. Also not mentioned that you need a smartphone because you need an app for the gate.
