Property was comfortable. We liked the swimming pool and views. As we were familiar with the location, we knew what to expect.

Property like this must have basic necessities such as detergent, soap, dishwashing soap/tablets, dishwashing towels, extra toilet paper available. Kettle was broken. The neighbors/owners cat was constantly disturbing our stay, trying to enter the house.

Very clean and roomy Villa. Around 35mins walk from the centre of Dalyan or 200TL taxi journey. Facilities are good and as required for a self catering holiday. Dalyan is the best, friendly people, great bars and restaurants and simply a beautiful location. (Our 10th visit). If you use Taxis or Dolmus a car isn’t necessary but is good if you want to explore further afield, as we like to do.

It is on a road that isn’t at all busy by uk standards but there is some traffic noise when by the pool. Not an issue for us and not audible from indoors. The pool furniture is past its best, as happens due to the heat. This is easily remedied and hopefully will be done so .

Viele elektrische Küchengeräte sind leider defekt,In den Bädern waren leider auch die Duschabflüsse teilweise verstopft (Haare).Und Handtuchhalter,Klopapier Halter waren auch defekt..

Peaceful location, about 40 minute stroll into town, or a few minutes in a taxi, which is less than £5 each way. Good size pool, which was cleaned regularly. Overall, it was great value and would stay here again!
