Location was perfect, overlooking the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. good WiFi and AC units. High level (floor 6) away from traffic noise etc

Wspaniały widok z okna (6 piętro), mieszkanie było czyste, ładnie pachniało (brak zapachu wilgoci). W mieszkaniu były wszystkie udogodnienia typu czajnik, toster, mikrofalówka, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, poszewki, pościel. W budynku są dwie windy. Cicha okolica (maj), pomimo, że zaraz zaczyna się główna ulica pełna restauracji, kawiarni, straganów. Bardzo polecam!

No free car park, but the area is busy, so it's understandable. I was lucky to find free slots for overnight parking on Eng.Jose de Bivar, walking distance

The electric roller blinds to the ocean view and the balcony weren't working when I arrived. The manager was responsive and got someone out there immediately to fix. However, it was clearly not a new issue and should have been fixed before I arrived. Once the blinds were fixed, the view is outstanding. It is a very walkable area. There is lots of activity around but high enough floor to mitigate most of the noise. The apartment has most things you need to cook and use kitchen. Clothes washer worked well. We appreciated the dishwasher.

The bed was rock hard. The plastic chairs at the dining room table were not comfortable at all. We tried using pillows on them, but they are cheap chairs and belong in a dorm room not a place we were paying for. We ended up sleeping on the futon in living room after the first few nights. It was just impossible to get comfortable in the bed. We left early because my husband got sick and needed a good night's sleep. It felt overpriced, I understand you are paying for the view and location, but basic comfort is expected. Advertised as free parking nearby. Parking is available as long as you are willing to wait for free spots to open up on nearby streets.
