Excelente apartmento. Muy buen ubicado e identico al presentado en la foto. Muy atento y amable la persona que me recibio Esta bien localizado en el Centro historico de la ciudad y en una Zona bien tranquila Lo recomiendo

Todo me gusto

Buona posizione a buon prezzo, vicina alle colonne di ercole e quartiere di Tirana. Tutto il necessario con letto comodo e doccia molto spaziosa. Proprietario super disponibile e gentile. Ottima posizione per girare durante la notte vicino alle Setas che rimane molto attiva e con vari locali aperti.

La posizione buona per alcune cose, ma parecchio distante dalle attrazioni principali. 25 minuti a piedi da real alcazar. La pulizia poteva essere migliore, un po' trascurato il bagno in alcuni punti e l'armadio aveva un odore pessimo, ho dovuto appendere la roba fuori dall'armadio.

Miły pomocny gospodarz ,nie mam kompletnie zastrzeżeń ,jedynie można się przyczepić do słabo wyposażonej kuchni ale z kolei jest duża lodówka co było dla nas przydatne ,lokalizacja ok ,generalnie wszystko na plus ,stan obiektu jest identyczny jak na zdjęciach

No i tutaj muszę to napisać ,niestety materac w sypialni jest bardzo twardy i bardzo bardzo niewygodny ,spałam dwie noce i za każdym razem budziłam się z bólem kręgosłupa i musiałam się wspomagać lekami …po całodniowym dniu zwiedzania uważam że wygodny materac to podstawa ,usiłowałam spać na kanapie ale brakowało pościeli .Ale zaznaczę ja mam problemy z kręgosłupem i cenię sobie komfortowy sen ale jeżeli nikomu to nie przeszkadza i ma zdrowy kręgosłup to z pewnością nie zwróci na ten mankament uwagi .

The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The water pressure was good, there was always hot water available, and the bed was comfortable.

When we arrived, the apartment was full of ants. The cleaner had finished only 1–2 hours before our check-in, so we do not understand why this issue had not been addressed. The cleaning was also incomplete: there were hairs in several places around the apartment, and the bed sheet was stained. The person who checked us in tried to help, but their role was only to handle the check-in process. They suggested using ant spray, but unfortunately the living room window could not be opened at all. We reported this issue as well, but were told that they could only pass the information on to the people managing the property and gave us their contact details. We contacted the property managers on our first day, stayed for four nights, and never received any response—not during our stay and not afterward. This lack of communication is disappointing. If a more serious issue had occurred, it would have been a significant problem. Even in this case, it was frustrating, as this is not the level of service guests expect when paying for accommodation. The photos also do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment.
