The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is upstairs and features a king bed and 2 twins. The third bedroom is also upstairs and features 2 twins.

There is parking for one vehicle in the covered parking garage with a clearance of 7'2". There are uncovered spots that are a first come first serve basis. There is a shared laundry facility here, and it requires quarters.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.
