Spanning approximately 1200 square feet, the 2-bedroom/2-bath unit includes a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located just inside the entry door. The entertaining area, beyond the kitchen, encompasses a dining area, a living area, and a spacious oceanfront balcony. The living area, adorned with ample seating, opens to the balcony through a large sliding glass door.

The unit features two separate bedrooms and both bedrooms offer direct access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom, designed as a suite, ensures full privacy with its own bathroom, large closet, and a small balcony housing a king-sized bed. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-sized bed, has shared access to the other full bathroom and the expansive main balcony. Each room is tastefully decorated and provides ample storage, promising a comfortable and stylish retreat.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House Parties and Groups: We do not rent to non-family groups unless all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation regarding group members’ ages will result in a forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
