It's a 3 min walk to the beach with nice places with sunbeds it's on a peaceful place where it's not to busy but close to everything

Its purely homely stay amongst the goanese people, sea was walking distance 3 to 4 min bt true calangute market a little bit away...sea side was calm and quiet..i liked it very much..they also allowed swiggy to deliver the food
There is nothing that i dont like..bt if the balcony was sea facing it would have been great
