Clean, comfortable, well supplied kitchen, laundry, pet friendly (fee), outdoor hot tub and shower, lots of windows making the upstairs bright, enough space for a family of 6. One garage space and room for one other vehicle on the road.
Very steep driveway. One set of towels per person so be prepared to do laundry (must provide your own detergent). We did not use the beach at the pond because we could not find the access (contacted the management company but they were not able to provide a sure answer. There is a home at the end of the road and we didn't feel comfortable walking through their property.) Lighting in the down stairs bedrooms is very poor.
