Lovely apartment on the hill side

Nice, well equipped flat, clean and tidy. New and nicely designed with large windows that give the impression of being in a tree house. Slopes just a few meters away. Wifi working flawlessly.

The kitchenette on the smaller, somewhat unpractical side. Works for two people but not more. Only small amount of warm water (enough for one person to shower). Limited amount of toilet paper and no soap felt a bit cheapish.

Minusta majoituspaikan kuvaus ja todellisuus ei aivan vastannut toisiaan. Esitteessä mainitiin sauna. Sitten kun olin maksanut viestiin tuli tieto, että sauna on erikseen ostettavissa toisesta nrakennuksesta hintaan 30 € kerta. Ensimmäisen kerran 40 vuoteen jouduin tilanteeseen, jossa esiteviestin ymmärsin väärin.

Kaunis ja toimiva mökki hyvällä paikalla.

Meillä oli mukava majailu muutaman päivän ajan kauniissa ja siistissä Villa Karhun mökissä. Mökki on perheelle vähän ahdas mutta toimiva.

Enorm genoten van de rust, het uitzicht en de locaties!

De beleving in de kamer en de locatie zijn perfect. Je hebt het idee dat je middenin de natuur zit vanwege het uitzicht, terwijl je eigenlijk centraal zit van alle faciliteiten.

Ruimte in keukentje is wat behelpen, maar goed te doen. Een schaar, een scherp mesje en een handdoekje in de keuken zouden handig zijn.

Makuuhuone huippu. Ja onneksi netti radio toimi.

Keittiö epäkäytännöllinen. Vesihanat hankala käyttää mikroaaltouuni yhdistettynä hellaan tosi hankala käyttää. Ruokailu astiat liian kookkaita ja raskaita käyttää. Eivät mahdu kaappiin. Naulakkoja liian vähän. Vaateiden säilytys kaappeja ei ole. Kun kaapit oli täynnä vuodevaatteita. Eikö ne voisi laittaa yläkerran vuoteen alle. Niitä varten on tehty sängynalus laatikoita. Wc pönttö pieni ja epäkäytännöllinen. Virtsa valuu lattialle. Katto ikkunan lämmitys ei toimi kuin oikean puoleisella lasissa.

Hyvä sijainti. Hyvät sängyt (myös vuodesohva). Idylli näköala ja hyvä pysäköinti. Maisemaikkunat (seinä ja lämmitettävä katto) hienoja toimivia.

Epäkäytännöllinen keittiö. Ahdas pesutila ja vessa. Liian vähän säilytys / naulakko tilaa (epäkäytännölliset kaapit). Lisämaksusta saatavilla oleva sauna mahdollisuus huono konsepti. Saunan käyttö pitäisi kuulua hintaan.

Insgesamt leider enttäuschend

- Tolle Lage mitten auf dem Berg in einer ruhigen Umgebung. - Villas sind optisch ansprechend und sauber. - Aussicht in den Wald vom Appartement aus. - In der Nähe zur Skipiste. - Effiziente Heizung inkl. Bodenheizung. - Die beiden Whirlpools.

- Wir reisten zu viert und haben entsprechend 2 "Villas" gebucht. Der Gastgeber dachte aber, wir hätten nur 1 Hütte gebucht und sagte, sie hätten Probleme mit Booking mit Überbuchungen. Es sei unser Glück, dass zufällig noch eine "Villa" frei sei, welche wir ohne Aufpreis nutzen dürften. Er behauptete, dass der Preis sonst eigentlich doppelt so hoch ausgefallen wäre. Dies ist für uns schwer vorstellbar, da für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon mit dem von uns bezahlten Preis eher schlecht war. Wäre der Preis wirklich doppelt so hoch, wäre es pure Abzocke. - Die Dachfenster waren mit Schnee und Eis verlegt und somit nicht transparent. - Bettbezug und Handtücher gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis von 25 Euro pro Person (vorher anmelden!). - Es gibt keine private Sauna in den "Villen", auch wenn das auf Booking so den Anschein macht! Die Sauna kann gegen Aufpreis von 35 Euro für 2 Stunden gebucht werden. An keinem anderen Ort in Lappland mussten wir für die Sauna Aufpreis bezahlen. - Die "Villa" lässt sich nicht lüften, da man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann. So sammelt sich Luft von schlechter Qualität oder die Abluft vom Kochen im Dachbereich der Hütte, wo sich das Bett befindet. Die sehr kleine, spärlich ausgestattete Küche hat keinen Dampfabzug. - Eine "Villa" ist maximal für 2 Personen geeignet. Mit Kindern würde es bereits sehr eng werden. Für 4 Erwachsene wäre eine Villa zu klein.
