The property was very clean and it was right across from the beach. Short walk across. It also had all of the beach chairs we would need. No need to bring any. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Perfect place for our Fall Break getaway!

The beach access is magnificent. The condo was very clean except the louvered doors, HVAC vents, and sliding glass door track all needed a good dusting/cleaning. Communication from the host was very good. A/C works great! Covered, free parking. The condo is easy to find and getting the key was also easy.
This condo needs a refresh. In particular, the stove hood really needs to be replaced. But there are things that could be fixed quickly which would go a long way: cleaning the items mentioned above, making sure all hooks are securely fastened to the wall, properly attaching the threshold from the hall to the bathroom (3 of 4 screws are missing so it moves around), and hanging the shower rod properly (high enough so the curtains are not puddling on the ground and the good side of the curtain faces outside the shower).
