The location and the cleanliness of it ... we had been on a carnival cruise and walking in the condo was like walking into home ... comfortable,

The location and the price. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They had complimentary shampoo and body wash, however they were empty, but we had our own.
The coffee machine didn't work and it was on the third floor with no elevator. (I broke my leg over the summer so climbing stairs is still hard as I am in the rehab process). The porch faces the street but it was still nice
