It’s a new one, still clean.

I came at the same time with graduation venue at floor 5M (?), so its very crowded and I should wait very long to use the lift from 1 to 5th floor, while one from 3 lifts (?) is not in operation. The hotel should take attention in the future so the hotel guests do not need to wait very long time.

The rooms have a very high quality. It’s very clean and feels new.

Unfortunately there is no concierge service and the building feels very empty as it’s supposed to house a mall, supermarket and other businesses. The breakfast buffet seems to value quantity over quality, I would rate it average. Some non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor as smoking rooms which leads to a bad smell.

The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

The entrance does not have any signs and the Ground Floor where the transport drops and picks up guests is signless. We had to ask the front door man how to get to reception and he said in Indonesian, behind the wall. We looked behind and saw lifts first then a big empty area where a mall is going to be established sometime in the future. When we went back and asked again he told us to get the lift to reception on level 5. The lack of any directional signage reflects poorly on the management.

Hotel biasa aja....harga kemahalan. Sabun habis. Setrika harus ngotot u dapat pinjaman. Makanan biasa..hari pertama bubur keasinan..makana yg berkuah gak panas. Hari kedua, lontong keasinan.gak ada yogurt. Sushinya aneh. Western apaan.pokoknya gak sepadan dgn harga
