Location is good.
Some cosmetic upgrades would make it a bit nicer. There are not enough PowerPoints for a larger family.

Walking distance to local shops.
Only a small handful of gift and clothing stores but we loved most of them.
Walking distance to little park, rsl, restaurants, jettys for fishing.
About a 7min drive to a beach.
Kitchen had good supply of cutlery, plates, utensils.
Not really a place for kids as there isnt much there for them apart from small park and beach. Would be more for young adults wanting a place to relax, kayak, boat and fish, couples or retirees which we saw alot of.
