Luminous and spacious apartment in a quiet building, too bad it was degraded by previous guests...
Luminous and spacious apartment located very near the business center of La Defense which is well connected to all transportation (Metro, RER, etc). The area is very quiet! We found it perfect to visit Paris with our kids for a short week. A secured underground parking space is available.
Sadly previous guests used to the apartment to party : Broken bed & dishwasher, tobacco smell, TV that turned on by itself at 3am each night... degraded the quality of our stay. We also had to pick up the key before 6pm or requested to pay a "late check-in fee" (this wasn't mentioned).

De locatie van dit appartement is erg gunstig. Enerzijds zit je op wandelafstand van metrolijn 1, anderzijds is het een erg rustige buurt. We konden onze auto parkeren in de ondergrondse garage. Het appartement zelf is klein, maar gerieflijk en volstond zeker voor ons.

Prijs / kwaliteit top. ideaal voor wie met wagen enkele dagen naar Parijs wil.
heel vriendelijke host, ruime veilige parking, prijs/kwaliteit, voorzieningen in keuken: je kon er echt wel iets koken, goede bedden! op kleine wandelafstand van metro, door veilige buurt.
afwasmachine die veel water lekte, maar dat kon de host niet weten. excuseerde zich enorm... zou na ons direct gerepareerd worden.

Zeer rustig gelegen, netjes onderhouden. Fijne keuken, voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen. Zeer goed contact met de eigenaar die ook snel reageert op vragen en berichten.

Appartement très agréable . Très bon emplacement . Merci beaucoup , Hervé , pour votre accueil et votre implication pour notre confort . Merci au propriétaire de nous appeler pour s’ assurer que tout se passe bien . Nous avons trouvé un côté plus humain que commercial et cela fait beaucoup de bien . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
