Отлично местоположение, в центъра, много добро решение за дизайн на апартамента. По-скоро е студио - разделено с тънка преграда за обособяване на мини спалня, няма самостоятелност. Подходящо за 1-2 човека. Има безплатен паркинг до блока.
Чистотата в банята - мухъл, ръжда в шкафа, изгнила батерия на чешмата.Чистотата в кухнята - непочистен хладилник и микровълнова - не ги ползвахме. Телевизорът в спалнята имаше непрекъснато смущения в предаването. Но телевизорът при дивана работеше. Осми етаж - има асансьор, няма тераса. Входа и асансьора , но те не зависят само от домакина.

Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Im 8.OG Hochhaus, Lift vorhanden. Die Wohnung wirkt wie frisch renoviert. Alles top und vorhanden. Vom Bügeleisen bis Wäscheständer. Genug Stauraum für Wäsche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Im Bad fehlt nur ein Naßzieher, um nach dem Duschen Fußboden und ggf. auch Wände abziehen zu können. Mop vorhanden, aber nicht so tauglich. Es fällt schwer zu kritisieren, denn alles war top.

Не хватало полотенец для лица, рук: одного большого полотенца на человека не достаточно! Не хватало чистой сковороды, чайника и кофе машины! Жирная грязная сковорода, чайник и кофе машинка с накипью - не готовы к эксплуатации
