Secluded but still close enough to Apollo Bay centre. Beautiful room and surrounds.

Nice quiet location

Would have been nice to have more towels rather than just one set. More blankets as we sat outside. No internet or phone reception. We did not mind this but it would have been nice to know as we have kids that we need to communicate with while being away.

Absolutely stunning location and cottage

Great location. Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable bed.

Very cold place and we were asked to not leave on the air conditioning/heating even know it didn’t work very great so was uncomfortably cold unless in the bed with the electric blanket. Mind you the outside temp was between 12°-18°. Septic tank stank out the bathroom and the whole room if bathroom door was left open - hot tip; keep the toilet lid shut. Was unaware there was 2 other cottages to choose from as well. Definitely wouldn’t have gone the budget one as you could feel the neighbours go up and down the stairs and was just uncomfortably close. Also no shoes in the cabin would’ve been nice to know prior as we could have brought inside shoes as our feet were constantly cold. The bathroom was very poorly artificially lit at night and seemed like a bit of a contradiction to ask us to be mindful of the hot water yet put a spa bath in. Would’ve much preferred a large shower of the elbow banging one in there instead of a spa bath. Could also do with some type of fragrancing for the smell. As someone has previously said; the owners have clearly never spent a night here. If it was that cold in spring I would hate to imagine what it’s like in the summer.
