Vins Room at Mataram City Tower Sadewa

Good location , not far from city center, the staff of the building was very nice and helpfull.

The cleanliness was not like standard hotel, but rather look like a private home. They change bedsheet, mop the floor, did the dishes, clean tables, But they did not bother to do " deep cleaning" like some hidden areas was dusty ( behind the couch under the curtain) the dust was thick and visible, certain mug and glasses was not cleaned well, There was so much white tooth paste stain / soap on the sink tables. If you are " very clean person" do not pick this appartment. But if you are just " Ok as long as it is cleaned " Or you don't mind to re-clean it like i did, you can go for it. I choose this appartment based on location, the rest I can tolerate. I hope the property will hire "Professional housekeeper" for their own bussines sake.
