Tesisin mevki iyi. Marketler meydandaki harika Sarajevo köftecisine ve şadırvan meydanına çok yakın. Rahat asansör. Apart çok temiz. İki yatak odası rahat yataklar ve güzel gardrop. Geniş salon ve rahat koltuklar. Kaliteli internet ve büyük ekran TV. Güzel buzdolabı ve güzel fırın. Kaliteli dolaplar ve güzel tezgah. Geniş balkon. Banyo küvet ve çamaşır makinesi. Bide ve taharet çeşmesi.
10 puanı hak edebilecek bir tesis. Ama mutfak malzemeleri çok yetersiz. Şehir geneline göre yüksek olan kirayı verince yeterli malzeme arıyor insan. Banyo küveti önündeki rezil perde. Sahibi USA ‘da olabilir ama lütfen idareyi amcasına değil o aparta iyi bakabilecek profesyonel nir kişi bulsun. Amcası iyi bir insan ama kendi işleri nedeni ile apart ile ilgilenemiyor her halde. Bir de balkonu da tesisin temizliği gibi biraz temizlesinler.
