Excelente localização, apartamento muito agradável. A anfitriã foi muito educada e receptiva!
Apesar de o apartamento estar muito limpo, tinha um odor desagradável de cigarro, creio que por conta do hóspede anterior. Mas abri as janelas e isso resolveu o problema.

Flat tem ótima localização, o predio é bem limpo e organizado assim como o apartamento. Comunicação boa com a locataria.
Precisa trocar o exaustor do banheiro e a tampa do vaso sanitário.
