Excellent views and a quiet area
The water pump outside one of the lower bedrooms was noisy and kept a family member awake

Fantastic location, house was very suitable for a family, well equipped kitchen and loved having access to beach equipment. Access to the property was easy. Absolutely stunning views. Proximity to the absolutely stunning Boat Harbour beach was only a 5 min walk.
Unfortunately more detail to the cleanliness of the property could have been taken. All the windows including the glass on both of the balconies was absolutely filthy and the view was completely obscured. We took it upon ourselves on the first day to clean all the glass (not something we should have to do) so that we would be able to enjoy the beautiful views. I understand its a beachside property but the windows didn't look like they had been cleaned in quite some time and we couldn't see out of them, which defeats the purpose of staying somewhere which promotes stunning views, after we cleaned them they stayed clean the duration of our stay. Smaller details like having a sufficient amount of towels for the length of stay, we had to constantly wash as it was one towel per person which for a two day stay would be fine but we stayed for 9 nights. This also applied to things like the toilet paper, tea towels and beach towels, tea and coffee (most were out of date). We also had to buy new pegs as all of the pegs provided has perished and were unusable. It would have been nice to have the little things more accommodated to reflect the length of our stay rather than a short stay. I think this is more of a reflection on the property management rather than the property itself.

Amazing location and views. Very clean, comfortable bed.
Had a lot of trouble getting into the home using the electronic door keypad. Upstairs area had no PowerPoints working. Not able to connect to wifi the whole time we were there. Hard to send a message to owner because internet connection was off and on.
