Location is amazing, right at Copacabana beach. The flat was very clean

the apartment is old with old furniture, everything was falling apart, like door handles. The worst thing was AC, it barely did anything, so it was still quite warm in the apartment, the nights were the worst, we never had a single good night sleep, cause AC is very LOUD, and it barely does anything, so it was uncorfortably warm and very loud to have a good night sleep

The location is excellent. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautiful. The washing machine is very handy, and the balcony for drying clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The building had a few issues with water - low shower pressure, lukewarm temperature for the first 2 days, and no running water at all for the first night. I asked for a refund for the first night, as I couldn't wash, cook or flush the toilet, but the request wasn't acknowledged. All other communication with the staff was good, but they did not say anything about my request for a refund for the first night. The air con unit was extremely loud, like a tractor! I didn't use it for this reason.
