Beautifully decorated home, lovely kitchen, bathrooms, wood floors, fabulous master bedroom, comfortable beds, large deck. Plenty of towels etc. very interesting 4 level home. Owners clearly take very good care of it. Convenient location to so many local attractions. Quiet development in wooded area. Large TVs first floor and basement. Nice game room in basement. Plenty of parking.
Limited yard behind building, sloping downward to a fire pit with chairs, but not landscaping - no steps down the hill, no rear or basement exit to backyard. Wonderful air conditioning first floor and basement, but none on 2nd and third floors. Well appointed kitchen, but limited counter space. Condo association forbids outdoor grill on deck, major drawback if you like to grill on summer vacations as we do - resulted in minimal use of deck.
