The location
Most things, I would actually like a refund.
The toilet seat was broken. The light coverings had 3 missing. No handle on the ranch slider. Oven did not work or could not get it to work. No manual. Had to clean the pans before using them. One plate was so caked in fat it looked marbled. Only one room card. Vacuum cleaner head snapped off so could not Vacuum. No cleaning products so could not clean had to buy some.
