The location was in theory good. In the heart of town. Good basement parking. Spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Polite courteous no-fuss check-in.
Given that, the windows were not sound insulated - a major failure given that business travellers need a good nights sleep. A terrific band of drummers doing a promotion at a store opposite the hotel, went at it non-stop all evening, giving me a severe headache. Separately had to make repeated calls for the same requests to reception to activate the WiFi or ask for an iron.

Location is good even though it’s on the main road where the traffic is high.. could be a disturbance if you stay in a room which is on the road side. Breakfast was good ..
In spite of many reminders , they don’t keep enough towels, glasses and cups for 2 in a room.. every morning we should call them and request it. Towels are washed but quite old and needs replacement. Also the bed Lenin needs replacement as it’s quite old.
