About this house rental
Relax with your friends and family at this peaceful home!. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfect for a family getaway. The open concept living room and dining room space has ample seating for your whole family. The home has a living room on the main level and another one on the top floor. There even is an office space upstairs secluded from everyone. Come and enjoy this home!
Guests will have access to the entire home, driveway and backyard.
The home has central air conditioning however the top floor does not cool down enough so we have provided a couple of window units up there for your comfort.
A maximum of 11 guests are allowed on the property (including visitors). Our property management company monitors this. If the number of guests exceeds 11, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $500 fine.
Please clean up after your pet.

The house is very old, however, the owners have made updates that make it comfortable. Very clean inside. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked. The neighborhood is very well kept and people/neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend for adults or corporate stays just because the stairways are a little steep and lacking in handrails. Had a great experience with the host which means a lot to me when I book a vacation rental.

Pros good neighborhood, decent pricing.Cons, not accurate listing for number or beds/sleeps maybe 8... Sharing beds. Not a lot of outlets, TV can't plug in, in one room. One fan wasn't working, no a/c upstairs
