It sits right on the Riverwalk & is in the heart of Downtown. You will be within walking distance of experiencing the culture, cuisine, shopping & entertainment. So much to do, so feel free to extend your stay & take it all in!
This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

My husband and I were traveling for pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked for us. Beautiful old building. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Location was great, small coffee shop steps away (what more could you ask for). Outside conversations were heard late into night. But that’s the city. Would stay again.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—convenient, peaceful, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The room itself was beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. The décor strikes the perfect balance between stylish and cozy, creating such a relaxing vibe.One of the highlights for us was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days out and about. We woke up refreshed every morning, which is such an underrated luxury when traveling.Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. We can’t wait to return!

The decorative space and close proximity to the River Walk.We cleaned the dishes and put the bath towel in the tub. We also locked the door on the way out.
