This newly renovated beach house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a huge open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 10 people to relax here in comfort! The bright, spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your cooking desires. Large bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a private attached bathroom with modern tile showers. The outdoor private pool features plenty of chairs and lounges and a gas grill for fun, evening cookouts. Enjoy the ocean breeze while lounging outside!

This house is the 1st level of a large beach house duplex. There are 2 separate houses in the duplex. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway.
If you're planning a getaway with a large group and need more space, please contact us to get information about booking both spaces.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire private 1st level including the spacious outdoor area and private pool.
Free parking in driveway
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

Quiet neighborhood consist with large luxury beach houses and a private beach. Next door to Myrtle Beach State Park
Other Things to Note:
If you have a larger party or want to enjoy the space with family, the upstairs unit is also offered for rent, based on availability, and sleeps 14 people. Please contact host for more details.
Note: The units are completely separated and private, the pool is shared.
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.

This was a great house at an affordable price! We had a group of 5 moms and 5 girls (age 11) and it was plenty big enough. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. The kitchen was very spacious and the deck is awesome. Beach is right across the street and easy to access.
Only minor complaints - the shared pool with the downstairs unit is a little uncomfortable if you don't know who is renting the downstairs and most of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable.
