Situated just outside the town of Quiberon on the coastal road leading to the spectacular Côte Sauvage, this house will delight you with its spacious, modern accommodation. It has its own garden, a small sea view and is sheltered from the vagaries of the wind by the neighbouring house. The house is semi-detached and comprises, on the ground floor, a large common room (lounge, dining room and kitchen) with south-facing access to the private terrace and garden, a bedroom, a lovely shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a toilet provide a very comfortable sleeping area. This house combines comfort, modernity and space.
It has its own garage. Several vehicles can be parked in the property's private driveway. From the house, you can go directly to the customs path for a hike or running session. Quiberon town centre, the pier for Belle-Île and the beach are a 10-minute walk away. An ideal way to enjoy the Quiberon peninsula in complete tranquillity.
