“Brand new apartment fully equipped. Parota wood furniture, high speed WIFI, 3 bedrooms with FullHD Smart TV in all 3 bedrooms and in social area, 2 full bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms and dining area. Equipped kitchen , laundry center, furnished terrace. Excellent lighting, blackout curtains, hoists, 6 pools, 2 gyms, barbecues, kids Club, only 7 minutes from the beach and 5th AVE, near Xcaret parks and shopping centers.

The Property has a spectacular natural view of beautiful trees. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to spend a relaxing and happy stay, boiler, 100% electric washing center. Rooms equipped with climate and 50-inch screens, open account of Netflix and Rocu, spacious and comfortable, has two full bathrooms, one in the main bedroom and the other in the common area of the apartment

The entire place is at your disposal. All areas of the apartment are easily accessible.
