Fully fenced and gated 2.1 acres just a short drive to all of Houston's youth and professional sports venues. All linens, towels, paper products, dishes, soaps, shampoo, etc. are included. This property is absolutely amazing. We had a large group of teenagers and they had plenty to do and a lot of room to do it in. They were throughly entertained the whole time. Everyone had their own bed. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The location was perfect. No close neighbors so noise wasn’t an issue. These kids were able to have fun and feel like they had their own space. The only request I have would be that the second refrigerator was available for use. We had a lot of food but not a lot of room to put it. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone.

We love staying here! It is great for the school group that I bring. There is something for everyone to do and the host is friendly and very helpful.

It was a great property for our group! Everyone had a fantastic time. The only issue we had were some ants in two of the 45 beds but we made it work!

Wade was an excellent host. He supplied everything we needed and went above and beyond. The house was clean, and an incredible space for our company event. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future.
